Who has your data

Your number leads strangers to the rest of you.

Type a phone number into a people-search site and it returns a page: a name, an address, the people who live there. Three kinds of stranger use that page.

  • Scam callers

They sound like they know you.

A caller who has your name, your street and a relative’s name is easy to believe. One people-search listing hands over all three.

  • People-search sites

They publish a page on you.

Sites like Whitepages and Spokeo show a page per person: phone, address history, relatives. Anyone can search them, and the preview is free.

  • Data brokers

    They sell your details on.

Companies you have never dealt with collect records about people and sell them. California’s state registry alone lists more than 600.

You can’t remove what you haven’t seen. Start with the free check.

How it works

Take your details back.

You do the first step. We do the paperwork.

  1. Check your number

Enter your number and see the record tied to it: name, addresses, relatives, emails. Free, in about a minute.

  2. We file the removals for you

Pick a plan and give us your permission. We file the first batch within 24 hours of receiving your details, and the rest within 7 days. That covers the 50 sites on our list.

  3. We keep checking

Listings come back. On a monthly or yearly plan we check the sites again every 30 days and file again when one returns.

  • 50 sites

People-search sites and data brokers, each one named on your dashboard.

  • 24 h to start

From receiving your details to the first removal requests being filed, with an email as each one is sent.

  • 30 days

To ask for a full refund, for any reason. And always if we don’t file the first batch within 24 hours of receiving your details.

Questions

Straight answers.

How removal works, what it costs and what to expect. Questions about the check are on the check page.

How long does removal take?

We file the first batch within 24 hours of receiving your details, and the rest within 7 days. After that it depends on each site: some take a listing down within days, others take weeks, and a few ask you to confirm by email or phone first. We can’t speed a site up, and we won’t pretend to.

How do I follow what you’ve done?

Log in with your phone number. Your dashboard lists every site with its state: queued, sent or confirmed, with the date. A state changes only when we have done that step.

34 requests cover the 50 sites for each person: some companies run several sites, and one request clears them all.

Do records come back?

They can. These sites keep refreshing their records, so a listing that was removed can reappear. On a monthly or yearly plan we check the sites again every 30 days and file again when one returns.

Can I do this for free?

Yes. Each site has its own removal form, linked below. It costs time instead of money: expect one form per site, and a confirmation by email or phone on some.

If you live in California, start with DROP, the state’s free Delete Request and Opt-out Platform. It’s for California residents only.

Will this cut down spam calls?

Over time, yes, though not to zero. People-search sites are one of the places spammers and scammers find numbers, listed right next to the names behind them. Taking yours off them cuts off that source, so expect fewer new spam calls as the removals take effect. Lists that were already sold keep circulating, so some calls will still get through.

It works best alongside the free basics: the National Do Not Call Registry, your carrier’s spam filter, and your phone’s setting to silence unknown callers.

What’s the refund policy?

If we don’t file the first batch within 24 hours of receiving your details, you get your money back. You can also ask for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of paying. One email is enough.

Why do you need my permission?

A site will only take a request from you or from someone you’ve authorised. Right after you pay, you tick a box that makes us your agent for one purpose: asking data brokers and people-search sites to delete your information and stop selling it. Some sites still insist on hearing from you directly; when one does, we tell you what to click.
